Careful handling
Every incoming lot (parchment or cherry, Robusta or Arabica) is received, weighed and kept separate. Your coffee stays your coffee, from the yard to the market.
Curing, storage and market access: three services, one promise: your coffee leaves our hands worth more than when it arrived.
When coffee leaves the estate, its story is only half written. Curing is the craft of finishing it well, the difference between coffee that merely changes hands and coffee that earns its price.

Cleaning, grading, hulling and polishing are carried out stage by stage, with each batch checked before it moves to the next.
The result is clean, graded green coffee, correctly bagged and marked, ready to satisfy the buyer's specification.
Every lot is weighed, recorded and stacked separately on arrival at the works.
Husk, twigs, stones and dust are removed before anything else happens.
Beans are separated by size, density and weight into even, honest lots.
The parchment shell comes off and the green bean is polished clean.
Defective and discoloured beans are removed so only the best remain.
Clean, graded coffee is bagged, marked and stored, ready for dispatch.
Coffee waits for the right buyer, and while it waits, it must be protected. Our stores keep the bean in optimal conditions, so the quality and taste earned on the estate arrive intact at the buyer's table.
Selling coffee is a relationship business. Over the years we have built bridges between the growers of this region and the buyers who value its coffee, from local traders to exporters serving the world.
